  • Worked with the business and leadership to introduce new design processes.

  • Created wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows with the latest tech in Axure, Figma, and Figjam.

  • Conducted design reviews and workshops to incorporate feedback from the business, product, and engineering teams.

  • Performed research to better define user needs with user observations, user interviews, usability testing, and other analysis.

  • Analyzed the data from research and usability test findings to iterate on designs and provide solutions.

  • Created UX Standards, a style guide with code examples for developers, and a design system in Figma.

  • Worked in an agile scrum team to release the redesign of all UI components.

  • Improved a number of features including the dashboard, admin portal, registration flow, session and program creation, and jurisdiction modication pages.

Lead Frontend Engineer

• Led and completed the frontend design and UI development in this early stage startup using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript.

• Advocated for the user to make sure WCAG accessibility standards were a priority when creating the application.

• Created wireframes, user flows, task flows, and other artifacts using Figma and Whimsical.

• Delivered pixel perfect functional prototypes in code, and published into a repository in Github.

• Provided detailed design guidelines, instructions, and technical documentation in Notion.

• Lead contributor for all UI implementation for their B2B SaaS platform and marketing sites.
• Worked with another designer to rebrand and redesign the marketing site and SaaS application.
• Performed A/B testing on landing pages to improve conversion rates and increase sales.
• Created key features that are used to measure areas based on scale using Angular JS and Konva.
• Made sure all applications and websites were responsive and mobile compatible using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
